The master password is encrypted using a salted PBKDF2 (Password-Based Key Derivation Function 2). SQLCipher is used to encrypt the database with supplies transparent 256-bit AES encryption.

Use of permissions

• USE_FINGERPRINT - For fingerprint sign up (Android Marshmallow and above)

★★★ IMPORTANT ★★★
• As this utility does not use the web to store any of your data, IF you free your grasp password, passwords is not going to be recoverable. You can backup to a CSV file but it isn't recommended as all your passwords will be in plain text.
• This utility doesn't and received't comprise internet permissions sooner or later, due to this fact auto sync to cloud is not obtainable in this application.

• DB Backups - Database backups are encrypted.
• CSV Backups - CSV Backups are unencrypted subsequently watch out where you save them.
