With Hiit Music you can exercice to the beat of your personal music. HIIT alternates between short however intense intervals of exercice with recovery periods, being some of the efficient trainings to gain resistance and improve fats burning.

Just open your mp3 folder and select what songs you need to listen for every intensity.

You can also change the time settings of this exercice to your individual, with an intuitive interface that permits you to change the duration of every interval and the variety of rounds.

Select your personal MP3 format music for each different depth period of exersice.
