The basic concept of trreadmill interval workout(HIIT) is easy: the alternation of excessive and low depth.

How to make use of:

- enter your gender, age, weight and resting coronary heart fee to calculate burned calories and coronary heart rates zone,

- select exercise on workouts display screen. Click on exercise title within the upper left corner of the principle screen to get to the workouts screen,

- get on treadmill,

- just follow the progress bar and the audio prompts

To restore purchases click on Restore purchases on Help the venture screen
