Magnets - Brain Teaser Puzzle

A rectangular grid has been crammed with a combination of magnets, dominoes with one constructive end and one adverse finish. And clean dominoes, dominoes with two neutral poles.
Around the grid are placed a variety of clues indicating the number of optimistic and negative poles contained in sure columns and rows.
Your aim is to correctly place the magnets and clean dominoes such that every one the clues are satisfied, with the extra constraint that no two similar magnetic poles may be orthogonally adjoining (since they repel). Neutral poles do not repel, and may be adjoining to another pole.
