Use the Vandersoft Half Marathon app to enhance your stamina, endurance, and health that can help you run a Half Marathon! Your body's power will progressively increase over time with interval coaching.

Over the subsequent 20 weeks your running might be steadily improved. You will start with 1 minute jogging intervals in-between 1.5 minute walks. As you complete runs your physique shall be strengthened and this system will slowly become more difficult.

Take your gadget with you on your runs! Listen to your favourite music and get prompted over your headphones to run or walk. Your whole run will be directed through your headphones or speakers.
