This app is a collaborative tool for organizers and participants of Vaka Pasifiki Education Conference. Organizer are able to share all the information about the event with instant notification on any updates. The app is to be used for Vaka Pasifiki Education Conference only.

The app displays all the event session at different schedule and the participant can read more about the session with information such as theme, abstract, speaker, venue and pre-session discussion. This will give a good opportunity to the participant to mark the session they are attending or are interested in. Participants will receive notification for marked attending sessions before the session begins. They can also take notes for the particular session prior to or during the session. App has analytic functionality and tracks participants interest in different topics and theme together with some important features such as Events Info, Discussion Forum, Polling/Quiz, Resources and Maps. With continuous update the participants will have the most updated information available to them.

• All the news, announcements and update on the Vaka pasifiki conference is available on the app.

• The schedule feature displays each Day’s programme with theme per located time and each theme to have multiple sessions. Session time and date are displayed for the participant. Participants has option to attend or show interest about the session.

• It displays the session title, abstract about session and the presenter’s. The app participants can confirm their attendance for the session (attend) or mark as interested. The participants who are attending the session can comment about the session which can be seen by everyone. Presenters can reply in the session or in some conversation.

• Allows the presenter to share the resources such as document, video, links and other resources. The resources are available to all the users in the app.

• Has discussion forum for participants at Event, Theme and Session level

• Allows the organizers or presenter to ask questions and the participants at the time can respond to the question from the app with a given key. The result and analysis can be shown live on the screen.

• Has survey and feedback feature at the event and session level.

• Allows the event attendees to take notes directly in the app for individual sessions. These notes can be saved by the attendee and then later viewed. The attendee can create, edit or delete an update note.

• Contain all the important information about the Vaka Pasifiki Education Conference for the participants such about the event info, around the venue, as accommodation, nearby facilities, transportation etc.

• Shows all the venues of the sessions on the map.

• Contains participant and speaker profile with the email addresses. Name, picture, description and email address. For presenters, the sessions they are presenting are also mentioned.
