Force Rotation: Auto Screen Orientation

Add Force Rotation feature for other apps. It overrides system's settings, and permit you to change rotation setting in your apps.
You can outline profile for each app, will probably be applied when the corresponding app is working. There is also a default profile for all different apps which isn't included.
Required permissions:
* Draw over different apps (apply rotation settings)
* Usage entry (check current working app name, and find out the app profile for application)
